Terms and Conditions – QLD Play On! Sports Voucher
Handball Australia UNLIMITED 2026 Season Pass
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Queensland Government Play On! $200 Sports Voucher when redeemed towards the Handball Australia UNLIMITED 2026 Season Pass.
By enrolling and redeeming a Play On! Voucher, parents/guardians agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
2. Voucher Program Information
- The Queensland PlayOn! Sports Voucher program opens 26 January 2026.
- Vouchers are issued by the Queensland Government and are subject to government eligibility requirements.
- Handball Australia is an approved activity provider that accepts valid Play On! Vouchers.
3. Eligibility
- Vouchers may only be used for eligible children as defined by the Queensland Government.
- One (1) valid Play On! Voucher may be redeemed per child.
- A separate transaction must be completed for each child using a valid voucher.
4. Included Programs
The PlayOn! Voucher may be used to redeem one UNLIMITED 2026 Season Pass, allowing participation in one of the following program options:
- Unlimited Competitions – Brisbane & Gold Coast (Valued at $290.40)
- Unlimited Holiday Camps – Brisbane (Valued at $264)
- Unlimited Holiday Camps – Gold Coast (Valued at $264)
- Balanced Competition ×2 + Holiday Camps ×3 (Brisbane) (Valued at $270.60)
- Balanced Competition ×2 + Holiday Camps ×3 (Gold Coast) (Valued at $270.60)
Programs are subject to availability, scheduling and capacity limits.
5. How to Redeem the Voucher
To enrol using the Play On! Voucher:
- 2. Select the desired Season Pass option
- 3. Add the selected pass to cart
- 4. Login if you have an account or Continue as Guest to create an account. Enter parents info and child details as required.
- 5. Click the ‘Queensland Play On! Unlimited Pass, enter the Play On! voucher and hit “Apply code”.
- 6. Confirm the cart total is $0.00, then submit
- 7. Complete one transaction per child
6. Enrolment Requirements
- Although the Unlimited Season Pass covers program fees, parents must still enrol separately for each competition or camp their child attends. So we know your child will attend that event/service.
- Enrolment is free once a valid voucher has been submitted and approved.
- Failure to enrol for each event/service will result in the child being unable to participate.
7. Voucher Validity
- The Play On! Voucher is valid for the entire 2026 calendar year, subject to government terms.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred.
- Expired or invalid vouchers will not be accepted.
8. Cancellations and Changes
- The Play On! Voucher is non-refundable once redeemed.
- Program schedules, locations, or formats may change due to operational requirements, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Handball Australia reserves the right to cancel or modify programs where necessary.
9. General Conditions
- Participation is subject to Handball Australia’s standard policies, codes of conduct, and safety requirements.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring all provided information is accurate and up to date.
- Misuse of the voucher or false information may result in cancellation of enrolment without compensation.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a Play On! Voucher and completing enrolment, parents/guardians confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
